I told you about Spark people right? Well, I have been spending a LOT of time over there so not much time left over for attending to my blog. Hopefully, I will be spending a bit less time over there and can get back over here more often. If you are wondering what I am doing over there let me tell you. I am reading stories and pages about people. I am getting encouragement and support. I am staying motivated. And best of all, I have lost almost 6 lbs. now.
